Litehouse Artisan Creamy Gorgonzola Cheese was named “First in its Class” and “Grand Champion of the Show” at the 16thannual Idaho Milk Processor Cheese Competition (IMPA). The results were announced at the annual conference in Sun Valley, Idaho. The 2011 IMPA competition saw a record number of entries – over 150 – in 15 classes of cheese and cultured milk products, with entries representing Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho and Montana.
