Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir Litehouse® Freeze Dried Cilantro and garlic into the melted butter and simmer for 1 minute. Season Tilapia filets with salt and pepper and then lay into the skillet with the melted butter mixture. Squeeze 1/2 lime onto the filets. Cook for 10 minutes and flip over. Squeeze the other half of the lime over the filets and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the filets are slightly brown.
