Ingredients
- 1½ cupRomaine Lettuce, chopped
- ½ cupChickpeas, cooked, drained, and roasted
- 1 eaOlive Oil
- 1 eaSalt, to taste
- 1 eaPepper, to taste
- ½ eaAvocado, sliced
- ¼ cupParmesan
- ¼ eaLemon, cut lengthwise
- 1 eaPurely Balanced Garlic Caesar to taste
Directions
To prepare roasted chickpeas, toss chickpeas in olive oil, and add salt & pepper to taste. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Add chickpeas to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, turning the chickpeas halfway through.Layer lettuce, chickpeas, avocado and parmesan on a dinner plate.
Drizzle with Purely Balanced Garlic Caesar to taste.
Serve with a lemon wedge.
