Ingredients
- 1 eapackage (18 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookie dough, softened
- 1 eapackage (8 oz.) low fat cream cheese, softened
- ½ cupbrown sugar
- ¼ cupcreamy peanut butter
- ½ tspvanilla
- 2 eaGranny Smith apples (peeled, cored & sliced) Ground cinnamon
- ½ cupLitehouse® Old Fashioned Caramel
Substitutions:

- 1 eaLitehouse® Chocolate Caramel
Directions
Spray 15" pizza pan with non-stick coating. Dust with powdered sugar. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shape dough into a ball. Place in center of pizza pan; flatten slightly with palm of hand. Roll out dough to a 14" circle (about ¼” thick). Bake 16-18 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely.Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Spread evenly over top of cookie crust. Dip apples in lemon lime soda or lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange apples over cream cheese mixture, sprinkle with cinnamon. To heat Litehouse® Caramel topping, microwave on high 30-45 seconds, or until warm. Drizzle over apples. If desired, chop peanuts and sprinkle over apples. Cut with pizza cutter.Makes 12 servings.
