- 1 smEnglish Cucumber, sliced and quartered
- ½ eaRed Onion, sliced
- 1 lbsSalami, cubed
- 2 cupCherry Tomatoes, halved
- 4 ozMini Mozzarella Cheese Balls
- 4 ozCrumbled Feta
- ¾ cupKalamata Olives, halved
- ⅓ cupFresh Parsley, chopped
- ¾ cupLitehouse Creamy Italian Dressing
Directions
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.2. In a large bowl, toss the cooled pasta with the remaining ingredients. Serve cold.
