1. Dry the mozzarella balls with a paper towel.2. Place the flour and beaten eggs in two separate small bowls.3. In a small bowl mix the breadcrumbs, salt, Litehouse Freeze Dried Parsley, Litehouse Freeze Dried Basil, and Litehouse Freeze Dried Thyme.4. Using a fork, coat each mozzarella ball in flour, then transfer to the egg and toss to coat, then transfer to the breadcrumb mixture and coat generously.5. Place the coated mozzarella balls on a baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours or overnight.6. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk the honey, Litehouse Freeze Dried Garlic, Litehouse Freeze Dried Parsley, salt, and pepper.7. When ready to fry, heat ½” of oil in a large skillet to around 350°F.8. Pan-fry the mozzarella balls for 30 seconds per side, until golden brown and the cheese inside is soft.9. Serve with the honey sauce.
