Ingredients
- 4 ea6oz skin-on salmon fillets (about 1-inch thick)
- 2 tbspolive oil
- ¼ tspgarlic powder
- ½ tsponion powder
- ½ tspkosher salt
- ¼ tspblack pepper
- 1 ealemon, cut into wedges
- 1 eaLitehouse® Garlic Ranch Dressing
- ¼ cupfresh parsley
Directions
Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush salmon with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.Place skin side down on the grill. Grill for 6-7 minutes, or until the skin is no longer sticking to the grates. Flip and cook for a few more minutes.Remove from heat and arrange on a platter. Squeeze some lemon juice over the top of each filet, then spoon Litehouse® Garlic Ranch Dressing over each filet. Top with parsley and serve.
