Crispy fries can be made on the grill! These versatile fries go well with any Litehouse herb or dipped in your favorite Litehouse dressing.

1.) Heat grill to 350 degrees. 2.) Scrub potatoes and cut into fries, around ¼ inch thickness. Place in bath of cold water and allow to sit for 20 minutes. Remove from water and pat dry until liquid is gone. Toss with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic and basil. 3.) Arrange in large cast iron skillet, trying to keep them in one layer. Place skillet directly on grill and cook for 30 – 40 minutes. Flip fries every 10 minutes and turn skillet at the same intervals. 4.) Remove from heat when they are golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and serve with your favorite dressing to dip in.Helpful Tip: You can cook these at higher temperatures, just make sure you check them regularly after 20 minutes.
