Caramelized pears and shallots paired with Gorgonzola make this a perfectly crisp appetizer.

- 1 eaPhyllo Cups, package (12 count)
- 2 eaBosch pears, medium and diced
- ¼ cupShallots, diced
- 2 tbspButter
- ⅓ cupLitehouse® Gorgonzola Crumbles
- ¼ cupWalnuts, chopped
- 1 eaSalt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lay out the phyllo cups on a lined baking sheet. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and add in the pears and shallots. Season with salt. Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes to caramelize. Divide the pears and shallots evenly among the phyllo cups. Divide the Litehouse® Gorgonzola Crumbles and walnuts evenly to top the phyllo cups. Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
