1 tspLitehouse Freeze Dried Cilantro

For Garnish:

1 eaAvocado
1 lgTomato

Dressing choices:

½ cupLitehouse® Cotija Cilantro
½ cupLitehouse® Thousand Island Dressing

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients, cover and chill. Cut avocado and tomato into wedges and arrange on plate in a pinwheel. Spoon chilled crab meat mixture into the center, top with fresh Litehouse® Cilantro, drizzle with Litehouse® dressing and serve.
