Ingredients: 8 oz Cream Cheese, package; ¼ cup Sour Cream; 4 ea Bacon, slices, cooked crisp and crumbled (or 2 Tbsp. bacon bits); 1 ½ tbsp Litehouse® Freeze Dried Red Onion; 1 tbsp Litehouse® Freeze Dried Dill; ¼ cup Almonds, diced; ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

This tasty Ball makes an excellent appetizer spread on a variety of crackers and petite toasts.

Ingredients

8 ozCream Cheese, package
¼ cupSour Cream
4 eaBacon, slices, cooked crisp and crumbled (or 2 Tbsp. bacon bits)
1 ½ tbspLitehouse® Freeze Dried Red Onion
1 tbspLitehouse® Freeze Dried Dill
¼ cupAlmonds, diced

Optional:

¼ tspCayenne Pepper

Directions

Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream; mix well. Add bacon, Litehouse® Freeze Dried Red Onion, Litehouse® Freeze Dried Dill and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Form the cheese mixture into a ball. Cover; chill overnight. Place almonds in a dish and roll cheese ball to cover. Serve with crackers or toast triangles.
