Add a little bite with Jalapeno Ranch to this summertime seasonal favorite.
Ingredients
- ½ qtOil to fry fish
- 1 lbsTilapia fillets, cut into 2 to 3 oz. portions
- 1 eaFish fry mix, package
- 1 tspJalapeno, fresh and diced
- 1 ¼ cupMilk
- 1 eaCorn Tortillas, package
- ½ lgHead Cabbage, shredded
- 1 eaAvocado
- 1 eaTomato, diced
- 1 eaLitehouse® Jalapeno Ranch Dressing & Dip
Directions
Heat oil in deep-fryer to 375°. Place the milk and fish fry mix in separate bowls. Add the diced jalapeno to the fish fry mix. Dip fish pieces in the milk and then dunk them into the fry mix. Fry until crisp and golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Spray a skillet with cooking oil and then warm the corn tortillas by turning them once or twice over low heat.
