1.) Make a simple syrup by boiling the sugar and water until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and pour into glass jar. Add mint and stir to distribute mint. The mint will settle at the top/bottom – don’t worry, that’s normal! Cover and place in fridge for at least 6 hours, up to 24 hours.2.) Note: the mixture will be thick4.) Combine peaches, simple syrup, and lemon juice in beverage container. Stir or shake until combined. Serve over ice with sliced lemons and peaches as garnish.Helpful tips: Heat lemons in microwave for about 30 seconds so they are easier to squeeze. Add a shot of vodka or champaign for a delicious cocktail.
